This is going to take me a while to learn. I think the 180 follows the same basics as switching from the forward 3 beat weave to the reverse. Both forward and reverse weaves share a "neutral" position where the Poi are just spinning in a circle. To switch between forward and reverse weaves, just isolate that neutral position and switch weaves. The btb weave seems to follow the same principle, just, well, behind the back lol. The "neutral" position is always where you switch your hands.
