Home of Poi has set a standard I have yet to see from any company in the States. They are showing us Americans what customer service and support really is. Most web based companies are very impersonal. However, when I shop on this sight I know there are real people on the other end that truly care to make sure I recieve quality products at a reasonable price. Great job!!!

Fantastic service with lightning quick processing and delivery, even though I'm in the states. Very friendly emails, and I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. The followup email to be certain I was pleased with my purchase was also a very nice touch. If anyone reading this is considering placing an order with 'Home of Poi', do it. You guys were very helpful in my decision making process and were quick to assure me after I made a wrong color choice of sock poi that you would be sure to send the colors I desired. You guys were also very helpful in telling me just how to order my set of poi so that I got the leather finger loops and not the nylon. You guys are always at the top of my list as far as service goes, as well as quality. When I purchase my next set of wicks which will be monkey fists you guys are sure to get my business.
