Old links are now being converted to correct pages. Was a pain as the old post ID's do not match the new post ID's. But it works now

If I read this thread in social chat, social discussion then shows as having no new posts

I'm finding a problem with the full reply window. I just tried three times to use it, and got an "error on page" message at the bottom of the page and finally resorted to saving my post to my clip board and copy/pasting it into the quick reply window.

Also...preview reply appeared to be doing funny things, like duplicating the full reply screen or bringing up the whole thread at the bottom of the page instead of the typical preview screen we're all used to.

Big thanks to you Malcolm for sorting this all out for us - I know what it is like to upgrade a board, but can only imagine at the errors that come up on a board as large as HOP.

I don't know how to use the PM's any more They all say 0 replies - even if I know the conversation is big?!? How does that work?

I always liked HOP's PM system more than ANY other message board I have ever used.
I don't like having one entry per reply, I like one entry per conversation, and when you were waiting for a reply, you could find the message that you just sent in the "Sent Items" bit.

The folders on the far left hand side with new replies in that thread are coloured like Windows folders (pale yellow), whereas the ones with no new replies are greyed out.

Though, I did prefer the alternate line colouring. I thought that was truly awesome.

I am dyslexic and am finding the new lay out and colour combinations of the two style selections really hard to read. The main problem I have is when opening a forum and seeing a list of threads. They all seem to merge to me, so I find it really hard to work out what threads are there. Not a fault on the board exactly, more a fault in my brain wiring, but it would be nice if something could be done about it. I used to view HoP on the green colour selection of the old forum as I found that one easiest to read. Also the fact that the pink view has a pinky back ground with pink text and the blue on blue also causes me problems, maybe if we could have a black text on a light colour background I would find it easier. Also I found the striping effect of the thread lists helpful. That does occur now but on my screen anything that has a new post in it doesn't have the stripe effect They all have the light colour background causing it all to jumble up in my head.

I understand if it's not possible to do. I am after all only one person and I'm guessing this isn't a problem for all that many people.
