I have heard of this hawaiian cat who would do a standing backflip in the middle of his routine. a couple more body moves could be getting on your knees then lying down from there while doing an overhead buttterfly. another is doing one of those continuous weaves mach 5 while spinning in a circle on one foot.
much less extreme

I'll get there too late if I shorten my stride, I'll get there too soon if I find me a ride, I'll never move forward if I try to hide this path that I've troden one step at a time.

I've done the backflip before theres alot to it.
If you can do the backflip practice it open (not grabbing your knees) and try it with your shoes on or whatever you spin in.
... Wait a minute you didn't mention if it was with fire confused
Ok so with out fire no shoes, with fire with shoes wink

I used my fire fans (see my gallery) a set of poi that I could grab and keep the flames up.

Practice with something in your hands and prepare for a sore tummy

I pulled it off once with fire at burningman so it's not the softest landing.

Good luck biggrin

Dut - check out the video section on www.beribazu.co.uk. There's loads of moves in there + some articles & forums to help you get started. Of course, the best way would be to find an instructor...

the backflip part is easy ,its a matter of knowing where and when the fire passes by your head , thats more important!

thanks boris..
