been trying to learn spirals for ages, and i think i might have the key, but id like to poll other people

crosspoints as descibed [Old link] and throughwrap spirals are thoes that instead of recoiling they change sides and unwind.

what i found is that the strings fly off my hands every time i try to transition (this was quite apart from the other problem wich is maintianing momentum in both poi at once) but when i changed the crossover point to down at my feet instead of infront of me as usual. this was going forward.

Anyone else noticced the same thing? or something else? this might be the first practical (as opposed to aesthetic) use of crossover points! ubbloco

big love.

Cause foreward is frontside thruwrap, when the backward

is backside thruwrap, then doing low cross-point cause

the wrap to slow.

idea(?),

just to clarify: are you talking about thru wraps on one hand or two?

If it's on one hand, you need to make a motion with your hand slightly similar to a fishtail in order to get that 'hook'
