How do we determine the Top Ten?
We add up all the sales of each item over the past 7 days. And list them by the most sold to the least sold. Each day we again go back 7 days and re-calculate the order of the Top10 products.
Likes and Dislikes
Please be aware that our star rating showing likes and dissatisfaction has much more higher ratings than lower ratings. Why less dislikes? This is because of our support we provide. We always follow up after sales to check customer satisfaction and offer support if they are unhappy. So it is normal that instead of giving a bad review they contact us back for support. We pride ourselves on the support we give so much so that unhappy customers change to give a 5 star review. A low star review is normally when our email replies get put into junk or spam boxes. Meaning it looks like we do not care, which sadly is not the case. So customers can login into their account on our site and see all emails sent by them and our replies.Feedback of likes and dislikes

As we are a global company we do have some product that is loved in some countries more than others. Hence why our range of some products like Poi is so huge to accommodate all the local likes and dislikes from different cultures around the world. As we also sell to many DIY (do it yourself) artists we carry many small parts and in larger quantities. Some items are purchased in very different quantities. If someone buys 100 nuts and someone buys 30m of wick and someone buys 3 x Poi sets we would not want to display that the top selling items are nuts, screws, washers, bolts, and other small items, which are normally purchased in bulk. So we add some filtering to the above example so it would give the Poi Set as the top selling item.Expanding the Top10
We now have well over 800 items and just showing the Top 10 is really only showing a small fraction of the popular items. So we have decided to also show the Top item numbers from 11 to 50.Sorting of Categories
If there are enough items in a Category and the items are not listed by size then we list by most popular which we label as '#1 buyers choice' , '#2 buyers choice', '#3 buyers choice'...This helps you see what is most popular in the Sub Categories and quite often helps with your decision making.
