HOP is excellent!
"I am never disappointed by HOP. I just ordered a collapsible fire staff and it's beautiful, exactly what I ordered, and I would order my next one form HOP as well. It took a while to get here because it seems the post is having issues from New Zealand at the moment, but on HOP's end it was shipped quickly so no complaints there."

"I liked how the website is organised and the way things are explained. I would like to be able to somehow to basically track the delivery of my order - at least when it is shipped, when it arrives to my country and maybe have a mobile communication. I still didn't receive my order and I am not sure how the delivery agency will contact me. I can just hope to be home when they ring the bell."

"As always, HoP has the best quality for the price. Everything came as ordered! Only thing was that the box was near destroyed by the time it got here, I'm amazed that the contact juggling balls didn't escape. It was an awkward shaped package (fire staff, two balls and two pairs of podpoi) - kind of a long, tall box and the balls were crammed into the center of it so it bulged a bit, and this is where it ripped open. I'm sure Canada Post did most of the mangling but it's something to think about, anyway."

"These are great practice poi. The tennis balls make it a little harder on my 6 year old who is learning to use them, but they are a great length for both of us to use. I bought them to see about making my own unique pair and will the knowledge I have now, I could easily make a few minor adjustments for our personal preferences. "Does all it says it will, only comment is that the beads are larder than i expected. Their about the size of a smaller marble rather than a BB gun pellet like other non flame hacks I've used. Has the consistency/ bounce of a beanbag rather than a sandmaster but once broken in it works great. only dfifficult for stalls but not sure i want to do those any way haha"

"I love the pod poi. Delivery was quick. The fire whip is great but I wish the base of the whip (kevlar portion) was more protected against the metal tube. Although the tube has a slight roll to protect the kevlar from getting damaged, it's not enough. The first time playing with it and it was already showing signs of wear."
