i don't know what this manuver is called buts it's when you're doing somthing close to the mexican man and you sudenly counterwrap your legs with the actual rope of the poi. you do this for about 4 beats then you go back into this mexican man looking move then repeat.i have been trying this but with no success. a good friend of mine in n.cali would do this while fire dancing and it blew me away. i only saw her do it a couple of times and since then i have moved to kansas and don't have any training buddies.can anyone tell me what this move is called if it even has a name and tips on how to perform it would be A plus........thanx pat aka redmow spinspinspin

mexican man?well something i do that may be like that, is the corkscrew, and when the left hand comes down, i put it behind the back and wrap it on my right leg, and wrap the right one on my left leg. then you an go and wrap the right poi on the left leg behind the back and the left poi on the right leg in front of you, and back into the corkscrew.i hope this helps, if this isnt what you are looking for, sorry
