Very sorry for getting upset with the noise level, I blame the lack of sleep, not warning the neighbours and generally being a total pussy on the night - lol.

details are in the 1st stage of a one off spinning session in harrow on this board...(speaking of whihc..mo on e turned up...doesnt matter as i had a surprisingly good time on my own after rolling my first entirly owned (i supplied eveything)..and seeing as i cant roll particularly wel...turned out rather well...and had enough energy to spin for 3 hours solidly...!!! on my own!! yipee!!
