spacey, you think your job sux? try calling people and remiding them they owe a bill.........i get called ever name in the book at least 50 times a day...........its a real ego booster.....then theres the added presure of having a budget to hit, and managers breathing down the back of your neck if you're not at that num

so why do work crappy jobs? to buy [censored] we dont need

You can't avoid pain by fencing yourself from it.
Some times you need the help of others more than anything else
But you have to let them close enough to help......
People want to be needed, I found that out too

I am 19 years old and am the manager of a media training company.

Our office is in the most stylish and upmarket part of town (also 30 seconds walk from where our city's spinners go)
i work from 8:30AM to 4:30PM with my boss (we are a company of two people) who is exactly like me in every way except 25 years older so we get along great.

every now and again my friends will come along half an hour before i am supposed to quit work for the day and craig (my boss) just tells me to go early.
The pay is good and i have 200GB of music (legal) in a hard drive connected to my PC to listen to while i work the hours away.
Everyday at work is fun and filled with laughter and smilings.

sometimes during....... Oh wait... this is the " I hate my job" thread...

Oops, Sorry ubblol

Trading cows and sheep????
It's great fun, most of the time. Of course you get all mucky and stuff, but the people who put food on your table (the farmers, like) are actually doing that.
Wanna come visit and help with the feeding?

I get dressed in a medieval costume everyday I work and all I'm allowed to do is clean, help the few customers, and stand there all day, just standing, there has to be something better! But ah I get through it and life is still good! smile have a great day everyone!~

I hope never to do a 9-5 office job again.

I used to be indecisive, but I'm not so sure now.....

I work at medieval times, it's a dinner theatre type thing. All I do is work in the gift shop though so it's not really that fun, I don't even work when there are shows usually cuz I work during the day and the costumes not that great it's not really accurate at all! haha but yeah it's a job!~ ubbrollsmile

I teach High School.

It's tiring as hell and sometimes annoying but most of the time it's pretty cool. And it's never ever boring.

Well, shall we go?
Yes, let's go.

Yes, I was surprised by that myself at first. It is good food, and I know what goes on behind the scenes - which makes it better because there is no "oh god I do not want to know what standards of hygiene there are back there".. fairly reasonable prices too, considering the food quality..

anyway, happy eating/working, etc ubbrollsmile
