Well hello there,
My name is Jo, I like to flow, sometimes I go quite slow, I live a life of joy, just me and my 2 poi, spinning circles in the air, and taking care not to burn my long hair!

hey jo, thanks for the hugs yesterday, i feel even worse today though. the only thing keeping me going today is the fact that i just got two and a half years of work signed off, and i get a huge payrise in two weeks.
ah well, suppose i'll just keep myself amused with my budgie poi.
