so i dont have a vid of this. nor have i ever seen it. so i will try to describe it. its not hard to do all you need to know is how to do high and low reels. your right hand does a low reel in front and i high in back. and your left does the same a low in front and high in back. i get into it from regular butterfly. need more info just ask.

at about 30 seconds i did it for a short period of time. i think its just a weird reel... we call it the monster cause of the way my arms move.

Shoulder reels variation, but you're dropping your hands down further than is necessary.
I don't think it technically becomes a hip reel unless you put the poi behind you again around your hips, so its just alternating shoulder reels done with a variation.
Is that what you were after?
