I was just wondering if there were people on this board who did liquid (as in dancing).. I mean you don't (always) need a toy to toy :-)))) Liquid dancing is just another way of being in love with fluid body-motion.. All those things, poi, half/quarter/jointed/long staff, swords, yo-yo, and liquid dance are a part of something bigger that is present in all of us here, its something bigger... and its liquid
i don't know. whatever.

eh.. I wouldn't define all peoples styles or the styles created by some toys as liquid.

I mean some of it is quite stop starty or has other sorts of motions which really dont seem like liquid in any sense of the word.

IT'S FAROUT TIME!

No i think i know what you mean. There is something that comes out of inside you (not poo!) when you are doing your thing no matter whether it's poi, ballet or breakdancing. It's you and your body and nothing else.

I think.

I have a friend who does it too, we go to clubs together all the time and just show off :-)))))) gives a great ego boost :-)))))))) but I was thinking more along the lines of liquid's realationship to kung fu, tai chi etc.

This is puzzling me somewhat, and I'm definitely intrigued. I absolutely love dancing in a club stylee but have never heard of liquid dancing.
So you says it's like the movements you do when poi'ing etc, I kinda dig that but I'm still a little amiss as to what this actually looks like.
I can imagine doing move minus stick or strings in your hand but I imagine your sytle is a little more develpoed than that.....got any mpegs??

boing...boing...When the naive man admits his naivete, he is no longer naive. Thus, all people are regarded by society as either ignorant or a liar.Wonders never cease, as long as you never cease to wonder.

those are not the best in the box and there are a lot of bad dancers, but if you watch most of them you'll get the idea :-))) I also have my own collection, which I can share on Soulseek, my nick there is "skjalff".
