What are my Tax/Duty obligations?

Goods are sent TAX and duty free.Except for the following...New Zealand customers are charged GST for all orders made.Goods being delivered to New Zealand are charged GST.Most goods being delivered to the UK are charged VAT. The shop will state 'inc VAT' or 'ex VAT' where appropriate.If we do not charge you TAX/Duty then you may have charges to pay depending on your country.Any charge that you need to pay to receive your order is a Customs tax and duty charge, it is not a shipping charge as you paid for shipping when you placed the order with us.In order to complete any orders you must agree to pay any Taxes or Duties.We are in no way associated with customs/tax duty charges that may occur as all our products are tax and duty free when they leave New Zealand. The tax/duty charges that you may have to pay are charges that your country decides the rules and regulations for along with your country receiving those charges, not us. Every country worldwide will have different rules and regulations associated with those charges when and if they do occur for bringing items into a country. That is why we supply so much info in regards to these issues, along with supplying links that explain and give you the customer full access to your countries customs departments.We have never seen any other website based companies who supply as much info in regards to custom/tax duty charges as we do, not to mention links to worldwide customs departments as well.
