I don't know why I had `Nick Drake - Cello Song.mp3` on my computer, I don't even remember downloading it. but I listened to it last night, and discovered one of the most soulful and haunting musicians I'd ever heard. has this ever happened to anyone else?

I wonder how it got on my computer, but am glad I've been introduced to it. So check out Nick Drake. You might like him.

Such a shame he died at only 26.

peace

Lights dancing off my skin as chains wrap round it.
Pain is in a little box and I'm so glad I found it.

I know what you mean. I spent alot of my teens listening to Nick Drake. I created some of my best art work listening to him and John Martyn. For some reason i cant think of one of these artist with out the other. But for me it has to be solid air by John Martyn. That for some reason hits somewhere deep inside. Sends shivers every time i hear it.
But both artist are truely great.

So does mine...although it's probably more like 2000. He has all of his old LP's in our basement, which he has saved over his whole life pretty much, and they are all alphabetized. Plus there are a few shelves full of CD's, too. He used to do a few radio shows, so he has a lot of stuff from that. It's all added up...and it is really nice cause I can count on him having pretty much any older music that i've heard about and want to listen to(like Nick Drake! and Man...etc. smile)
