hey, is there anyone on HOP who is currently or shortly will be living in holland? just moved back home and i havent found the spinning community yet
spinning on my own is fun, but, ya know, i gotsta find some, umm, colleagues (?).. identify yourselves! im lonely

hello beautiful people of HoP Holland,
how about a nice old school meet somewhere without paying loads to get in before it becomes winter again? I feel like I haven't seen anybody of HoP in a good long time??
also, I'm looking for somebody who will want to update [Old link]. I received a couple of requests for an update recently, but don't feel the drive to do it myself. it will be a simple job, and it will still require me to post it in the first messsage again, but right now the making/updating of the list seems too much work to fit in with my working life.
but how about that meet? utrecht, amsterdam, somewhere in between?

I will go straight to Amsterdam when I'm finished with my job. I think I'll arrive at central station around seven o'clock.

heey all, I'm kinda new here even tough I signed up at home of poi like ages ago... I'm also a dutch spinner from rotterdam. I performed in a few places (Turkey on stage during a dinner-show with a turkish fire-breather; Egypt in a hotel garden; Holland on a few primary schools and gave a workshop at the Albeda College.) I'm not that good yet but since not to many people know about it they say I'm ok.
I would love to join a meeting cause I want to learn more and different techniques.

I will deffinatly be making a trip up to Utrecht for a meet up if and when I do move. I will also be at the Carnival in Volkenswaard in February and will most likely be spinning some fire and glow toys in the evening.
Will do my best to get to Archeon as wel with some friends

I've been WAY too busy lately to hang around here a lot, but got an invitation from a local art organisation to come to “Spelen met Vuur bij Koud Water” 2007/2008.
It's a yearly event where art objects are lit (and where the fire is a substantial element of the art). It will be held on December 30th between 17.00 and 19.00 hours in Lelystad.
I intend to contact the organisation and ask what's possible in regards to really playing with fire. Anyone else interested in coming?
