If not here is an idea - find a song that you really like to spin to, put it on at full volume (dont worry about the neighbours you can sort that out later!) and spin to your hearts content
Dont know if this will help but I always find it helps me if I am feeling upset.

Thanks for all the hugs and love guys
It really does wonders for a girl. I'm much much calmer now, and generally at least part of the way back to being my cheery little self. The confusion and such isn't actually gone, but i'm calm enough to be rational about it.

i liek that idea. not b/c i've ever shot a gun, just cause i want to learn.... i can throw darts into teh second ring aroudn teh bulls eye (altho not all that consitently).... uh, i almost always hit teh target in archery? i like things taht involve targets
