I would have put this in the Falmouth 4 thread but I thought it might get lost in the madness! ubbloco



I make all sorts of things out of recycled rubber, from devil sticks to crazy accessories and soon I'm going to have a go at some simple clothing.



I use old inner tubes for most of it and I normally get this from cycle shops but Taunton only has a limited number and I am not able to get much from them.



I was wondering if people would be so kind as to pop into their local cycle shop and ask them for their old inner tubes and then bring them to falmouth. These places are normally very happy to give old inner tubes away, usually they are just binned.



Anyone who does will be rewarded with yummy magic(or not magic if preferred) chocolate brownie made to my grandmothers recipe. Its super yummy! Also you will be helping the environment by recycling! biggrin

Why not ask the Crumpeteers for help? We're going to need a new mission soon (when we've completed the old one ubblol )

star, i can bring some old inner tubes to taunton on saturday smile theres loads floating around my house despite my best efforts to use them all for something...



plus i can organises a collection from my bikey friends probably... the key word being organise... wink ubbidea

Well, I can't exactly drag those around with me, but if given a sufficiently decent way to get down from york I will hit up bike shops there as I leave.....

have a weird request for brownies, too, if i wind up sucessful.

I got a load of car tyres...any good? I will also ask my cycle mad work mate. Brownies, mmmmmm ubblol
won't make falmouth til saturday and I don't know what anyone looks like (except maybe strugz and 2bags *rubs bleary eyes*)

A couple of balls short of a full cascade... or maybe a few cards short of a deck... we'll see how this all fans out.
