Just thought i'd introduce myself as i'm really bored at work and this passes the time.
Been spinnin poi for about two years now erm know quite alot of tricks not necessarilly the names though. erm what else oh,
just started practicing somemore acrobatic movements with them cartwheels handsprings from three beat weave about as far as i got but still thinkin about more things i could try.
