Great poi foundation for beginners - turns, weaves, butterfly, corkscrew, buzzsaw, basic stalls, wraps and more! Revise your skills or start from scratch - all levels welcome and poi provided.
Intermediate/ Advanced Poi
Mondays @ 8.30

Take your poi to the next level and get flowing with reels, turns, air wraps, body wraps, antispin, flowers, behind the back, stalls and joining moves to get you moving fluidly with your poi.
