So it is my birthday at the end of the month, so I thought what better way to celebrate than take a week off work...

This being said I have no major plans for how I am now going to fill this week and was thinking maybe getting a few people together for a bit of a spinning session in London.

At the moment the plan is Wednesday 1st September, would be great to see some new faces so let me know
