Posted: Hey everyone im trying to refresh my glow poi collection right now and im looking for a pair of led poi with the biggest WOW factor. options that i've considered are Hyper lights, Ninja poi and, flowlights other options accepted 500$ USD

Posted: Don't really like ninja poi, personally. They feel a little long and off balanced to me.
You might want to look at some of the new stuff that's come out recently, like podpoi and ultrapoi, both of which are around US$100. (I've used podpoi and they're great, don't think ultrapoi are actually out yet but will be soon).
For brightness, nothing I've seen so far really beats LED poi from Trick Concepts (although that might be because they just tacked 50 odd LEDs onto the outside of a battery). However, they're pretty damn heavy - around 250g for their larger ones, I think.
