Whats everyones beer or drink of choice. I'm pretty new to beer drinking. I just turned 21 at the end of last year (12-29) and i hvane never really liked beer until i took a trip to colorado a few months before my birthday. there we went to the New Belgium brewery and the Coors brewery and man was i turned on to beer.

My favorite beers include: Killians Red, 1554, Fat Tire (on occasion), Guiness, and this local beer brewed by Four Peakscalled Kilt Lifter. I tried Red Stripe recently because i remembered those amazing commercials they had and always wanted to try it, must say, not bad at all.

Of course my first drink i ever enjoyed and is still my favorite is a nice cold Black & Tan, it's simple Guiness over Bass but i for the life of me cannot not pour it so it comes out right frown.

i wanted to be cool so i added links

Ewwwww, freakin' lagerboys (except Guiness, but that's mud anyhoo :P )

I've got a few different flavours of the month, for the summer evenings it's got to be Badger's Golden Glory, and for nice light ale down a pub it's a Butcombe, but for a nice bit of heavy, you won't go far wrong with a Theakston's Old Peculier.

Oh, and Stones' Bitter is the perfect barbecue beverage...

Beer is good, lager is sometimes refreshing, but nothing on a nice ale smile

Hey Mynci, you do know that you can use Green Chartreuse as fuel if you run out of kero'. I remember drinking this on my bartending course, my description of it was "grass clippings soaked in battery acid". Still, very nice in certain (scary) cocktails. Big ups to you if you drink it straight, you're a braver Hopper than me smile

Yeah, it would be pretty expensive stuff to spin with but thanks to it's crazy high alcohol content it's a great ingredient for flaming cocktails (just don't burn the house/bar/neighbourhood down).

I forgot to mention another one of my favourite drinks: mead - especially the Bartholomews Metheglin (spiced) from Denmark (town in Western Australia, not so sure what the mead is like in Denmark the country ubblol). Ah, shame it's a work day tomorrow, all this talk of drinkies makes me want one!
