Not ease to changes
"We requested refund of our flags since the product does not match our expectations for this price. We wanted to send it back and buy 3x Sirius PX3 Smooth Handle Juggling Club. Then we got your answer via mail, informing us having to send back the flags to Hong Kong. This cost and refund policies make it unfeasable so we have to keep the flags and stop buying anymore on Home of Poi. We feel so sorry about this. Over the years have recommended your shop but we never had to face a refund. Not that we have this situation, we sadly can't continue recommending HoP."

"I ordered a pair of bubble pois 16, the pois were amazing at first but i'm dissatisfied because with one poi i could never make it work through the app with bluetooth, so couldn't change modes while using them (reason for buying this model of pois). the same poi that the bluetooth never worked while i was using them, it came out rolling, I spend a lot of money and i was expecting that the warranty worked , i get tired of sending messages explaining the situation, and they reply sending solutions for fixing the poi bymyself, avoiding what i said about the bluetooth. i was eligible to use the warranty, but couldnt make use of it."

You have to clamp on the ends yourself and the alan wrench screws are so small i feel like its gonna fall apart even though its snug. "After having owned a jailhouse homeofpoi before, which I wore out, I was Super disappointed upon delivery to realize this product had only one lighting setting - a constantly changing gradiant of colours. I thought this will be like the previous product, with the ability to choose a steady colour."

Large LED contact juggling ball
"Very bad sad to say... I was really looking forward to using this in my performance but the balance is HORRIBLE.. the light is attached on the side instead of centered so it throws off every movement of your flow on account of a VERY NOTICEABLE WOBBLE.. The Only good thing about this ball is the USB chargeable battery but the unbalanced design makes this WORTHLESS.. You would think a company as reputable as House of Poi would have balanced flow products for Contact juggling but no.. don't waste your money or time.. The watch battery kind are at least balanced and have more light settings plus the battery life is longer.. Sigh.. Oh well.. I had a show coming up too... NOT HAPPY.."

Would not recommend
"Russian grips are generally pretty huge, but these are especially large. There isn't a hope in hell of being able to transition to the finger loop because it is beyond the extent of the reach of my finger when I have the grip in hand. The grip is also so large that it's tough to do finger spins with the main grip. I think if the grips were an inch smaller they would be far less unwieldy. The black powder coating makes generates a bit of friction, too. It's smooth but not metal smooth. Above all else though, these are ridiculously imbalanced. They are so frustrating. I feel like trying to use these set me back a bit. I don't think these would be particularly good for anything other than belly dancing/slow movement/non-spinning."

Ninja V4 poi
"I have to say I love this site. It is very easy to use and you guys do a great job with everything. I very recently purchased the Ninja V4 poi. The color modes on it are amazing I particularly liked the HOP custom combinations. My issue with this product is that during a wrap the heads collided and now one of the no longer works properly. It was the first collision they had and one of them broke. I regret buying these."
