Falafel, Shwarma, Hommus (I make a hommus to die for, even though I'm Azhkenazi...approved by my arab friends [although each swears that his or her mom makes the best hommus in the world]) and, of course, Burekas are available at any Turkish, Greek, or Mid-Eastern place.
