Posted: Hello there!
I'm Tyler! I currently live in Cookeville, Tennessee, USA and am 19 years old. I'm a Sophomore in college at TN Tech University studying in Web Design. I started spinning in August so I'm very new. I absolutely have to find time to spin daily or I just don't feel complete. I feel as if I were made for poi! HA!
I listen to mainly Electronica music, specifically PsyTrance. By far, my favorite group is Infected Mushroom. I saw them in August and there was a guy spinning glowpoi there, which is what finally inspired me to start spinning. Other than Poi, I'm starting to get into staff and am considering making staves in the near future. I really want to start practicing Yoga and other balance related activities such as slack-line. I enjoy dancing ( mainly the Melbourne Shuffle ;D )and I'm somewhat of a gamer.
My favorite book as of current is Watchmen and movie would have to be Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
The airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow is roughly 24 Miles per hour, definitely a Star Destroyer (Lazers? Super far range? Star Wars?), they absolutely do not make your butt look too big, vanilla, AAAAAND Nutella.
Have a great day!

Awesome book choice.
Beware the squirrels by the way. They tend to snap at new people after being used as poi.

Posted: I'm like you, in that I have to find daily time to practice. As frustrating as it can be when I just can't seem to get a trick down, I find that poi it is probably the most relaxing thing I do!
Anyway welcome!

Hi and welcome.
A couple of balls short of a full cascade... or maybe a few cards short of a deck... we'll see how this all fans out.

Mynci, I'd really like to read Fear and Loathing and you should read Watchmen I like it much better than the movie.
