See it was funny because Nate is now 18 and old enough to drink legally in any pub in these (semi) united isles...

You know I don't really mind that that Strugnell kid never ever knows who I am when I text, despite us having known each other for about 5 years... Nor did I take too much offense to DS Ads failing to know who I was and subsequently getting Marfa to phoning my number on Clapham Common to see who answered.
I don't, for that matter, even really care that Miss Alice of Pink failed to have my number when she gotted a new phone - even though it was me that had given her the danged SIM card or that she'd gone out with me for about 6 months... - how soon they forget (*sniffle*)

But you sir... you are a bounder and a cad and if I ever bother sending out Christmas cards, you are definitely not going on the list of cardees.

So that be a lesson to you!!

And another thing - I always assumed that you you say you're not actually a jedi because you were being grounded, consummate and not needing to fit in with the elite and sundry extremes... Whereas it seems it's just because you have a grudge with George Lucas.

I must say I'm more than a little disappointed.

*rofl* Cantus you gem. How on earth would I have known that was you? Why on earth were you in Exeter? *lol*

And George Lucas is to blame for all the world's ills.

Why was Nate in Manchester? He's not working as a drugs mule again is he? Shame on you for bringing a small boy low like that!

You are many fine things Mr Cantus, but a listmaker is not one of them...

I thought of a point #2. If I was in Exeter I'd not be in a pub with Nate. I imagine all the pink fluffy cushions and frilly curtains in a Nate pub would upset me....

I'm not entirely sure why he was in Manchester. I tried not to talk to him much. Bullied him quite a lot. But didn't really talk to him. There was a meet in "honour" of his visit though. Which I arrived at, walked past him, said in the most disappointed voice could muster, "oh, that Nate!" and wandered off again.

Unfortunately it was pishing down and there were no trains running - due to the Sundayage - so I had to go back....

All he seemed to do all day was flirt really unsuccessfully with a series of pretty girls. But then he wasn't as unsuccessful as Mr Flashpoint. Who, later that evening, I watched crash and burn dozens of times (with the same girl). But, bless him, he kept getting back on the horse (although it was rather more of a battered donkey suffering from terminal flatulence) and trying his luck again....
The best bit was when they were dancing and he dropped her on her head. Sheer genius biggrin

Brilliant. I knew there was a reason I try and stay south of the M25. It truly is grim up North. And Gritty.

Nate should come down here more, we'd have a dwarf tossing contest in his honour... wink

I've found he's very ticklish and he doesn't like it if you try and pick his nose for him (funny chap). He prefers his own nasal selection process...

Flashpoint's chosen victim was from Northern Ireland. And you know what a funny bunch of females come from over there wink

Doesn't staying south of the M25 mean you'll be in Surrey? Surely that's worse than being near us. You'd have to put up with Linden coming round all the time for one thing....

Oh, Mags, if you see Cantus, tell him that I ddn't crash and burn too badly, and that the girl in question seemed to like me (a bit)...

hug for the job...

Cantus' seemingly endearing charm hasn't rubbed off on me yet. He has still to rub anything on me, too. But i think Tiger Balm may be in order smile
