sorry for the poor sound what will help is the corkscrew for the over the head horizontal spinning also the alternate butterfly which is pretty much a butterfly corkscrew plus you need to have the thread the needle down pat very good also you should probably have the helicopter (horizontal over the head butterfly) down as well
