Hi as i said i'm a newbie at poi but i can do like the corkskrew, X above my head,a vaient of the butter fly, spiner and crossover both ways, so can some one tell me some tricks?

Hey Neo!! the leesions are excelent for beginners I've only been spinning for about 6 weeks and almost every thing I've learnt is off this web site . Welcome and keep spinning
