I came across this awesome lightsaber tutorial on a star wars costuming board, and immediately thought of the questions about glow swords I've seen here. For anyone who wants a glow sword, this may be just what you need to build one. The thread's about five pages now and counting, with lots of ideas on how to make a glowing sword blade out of polycarb tubing and other goodies. There's even some nice pics there. Hope this helps the glow sword fans here.
