Type CV proforma into google. Hundreds come up. It all depends on the job you are applying for. There are different styles for different jobs but as a rule of thumb never make a CV more than 2 pages long unless asked for.

I actually used to work for a Career Development Centre and I have some lovely templates that I took with me when I left.
I used to write well over 100 resumes in a week.
