The main thing I found helpful was to start stalling the wibble just as it's passing 12, following the arc so it doesn't wrap around your hand. I usually try to catch as close under the counterweight as possible, but if you catch it farther up the cord you'll need to use a lighter touch to keep it from whirling crazy fast. Also give it a little upward momentum when you flip it to keep it from drifting down. The rest you just need to get a feel for...
