Was messing about with my poi the other day, and came across a startling discovery. Now you can stop me right here if this a already an established move, but what I did was swing my right poi under my right leg, gripped the string inbetween my thigh and calf and by hopping slightly, kept the poi spinning, before letting it go and catching it again. Has this been done before by anyone? If not, is this my move to name?
Is this were Im supposed to write something interesting.....errmm.........AVOCARDO!!!!!!

ive never seen or heard of this done but if i saw it i cant tell if i were impressed or if my head had exploded
just sounds wierd...but...good, i dont know

reminds me of glass's "glowing balls" trick, so called becuase its a little hazardous with fire...

I was thinking more along the lines of the "SIMO GRIP" . If anyone can come up with a better suggestion, id be glad to hear it!!

I think I've seen this move done under the arm pit. It was in Bristol by Elasta and she catches it under her armpit, spins in front, then as it hits bottom shes flexes her shoulder to make it go behind her for a spin and then releases it into a big throw. Looked asbolutely lovely.

OMG do a butterfly gripping the handles between your thighs, just below your crotch? As though your testicles had been stretched and attatched to rockets.
If this doesn't already exist, its called "elephant balls." Try ballancing a staff on your nose by an unlit wick while doing this for added elephantness.
AND HAVE FIRE FANS ATTATCHED TO YOUR EARS! YEEEES!
