Posted: ok, here's the other half of instructions for you, Urban_Culture:
say you see a pic you like on a page, and you want to post it in a post here.
first, open the page containing the pic on your browser. when you see the pic, put your mouse on it and right-click. a little pop-up menu comes up on top of the page, which you can still see under it. on the pop-up menu, select "Properties." this brings up a second little pop-up menu. on that second menu, look for Address (URL): and there's the unique URL, yes, which every picture on the internet has.
then you can use your mouse to highlight that address (URL), then while it's highlighted, right-click again, and from the third tiny pop-up menu, select "Copy."
now the text name of that url is on your computer's current (invisible) clip-board, and the next time you choose "paste," it will spit out.
now, while holding that url on your clipboard (don't cut, paste, copy anything else until you're done), go to Home of Poi, and start to post the message you want to post.
when you are ready to put the image in your post, click the "Image" grey button under the scrolling message window.
in the little pop-up which comes up, in the white box, right-click, leaving "https://" highlighted as it is in HoP's default, and choose "Paste". then the url will go there, and you click OK or whatever.
you must keep the original default "https://" in that box highlighted, since the url on your clipboard already has https:// as part of it, otherwise it won't work, you'll have two "http:/http:/url" and that's garbage.
does this help? vaperloc's post explains what shows up inside your Home of Poi posting message scrolling window.

Posted: our compliments, & pozee's one of our hosts too, Urban_Culture. come on & join us too, & rep some good pyro stuff online!
& you can also post, though total space is small, like 150KB or something, a gallery of your pix here at HoP too, but make sure your graphics program makes them small. you "apply" for a gallery, but once admins here know ya, it's pretty automatic, just takes a few days or so for them to do when they get time.
molten cheers,
