Posted: I am going to Portugal for a while soon. Does anyone know what the best fuel for poi is? If its kerosene/paraffin does anyone know the portuguese for it? Would make things simpler - the way all things should be.

Posted: We had a really hard time getting fuel there last week, until we learned it was called Petrolio - which is available just about everywhere.
Be sure not to buy Parafino, as its NOT flamable (and kinda gunks up your wicks too )
We managed to get Petrolio (Parafin / Kerosene) in a 5 litre container at a BP sevice station for about 7.30 Euro
