Well what I want to know is are you really there??? And if you are why arent you posting???

My guess is that you are at work and have this page in the background.

I hope you realize how pissed I am.

I just saw that you cant see how many posts you have posted, why??? I liked that feature... Also I prefered the old smiles nest to the topic name...

Perhaps this new feature will stop me lurking so much, that could be good.

I hope you realize how pissed I am.

The new board has given me a new way of lurking. I come in without logging in, masquerade as a guest, then quickly log in when I want to make a post...

As for lurking.......If I'm not gonna post I don't log in. On my home computer I never log out - it's too difficult remembering my password! On these heap-of-junk school computers I get logged in and out randomly as the machine sees fit so you can never tell when I'm here and when I'm not....

You can turn off the feature which tells people if you're about so you can be a stealth lurker once more!

Ros and anybody else who doesn't know.

It is really easy to change your password from the default one to one you can remember.

1. Just go to "my profile" when logged in.
2. Click on View/Update Profile
3. You will see a password box on the page. Just type whatever password you want in there.
4. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and press "update profile"
5. Re-login again with your new password.

btw, i'd like to point out (i did a little expierment) that my name is at the top pretty much any time the pc in my room is on. so that's what it means kids! I might be here, or i might not. i might even be at school (i can log in on multiple pc's apparently.) it just means my own pc is up and running!
