well everyone else seems to have a new intro thread so i thought i might as well get one too. here it goes:
hello everyone...
my name's duballstar (or chris if you ever meet me) and at the moment i'm a student at nottingham uni.
i first started doing poi in france the summer of 2002 but took a while to get started and even longer to get on HOP. my poi guru is my mate laura (elsata) who first taught me stuff, thanx babe!
i currently spin with originalsmit and the rest of the nottingham contingent most of whom still haven't made it onto HOP yet....as well as poi i also juggle and play with staff and guitar and somehow manage to surf fairly often despite living inland...
musicwise i love loadsa stuff from punk and metal to breakbeat and techno to hip hop to roots reggae not to mention old classics...
hope to meet y'all someday on my travels through the world of poi, spread the love!

Now don't do anything drastic Dub, you would be no good to anyone if you cut off both lf your arms. The snuggle/hug factor would drop dramatically.

Oh man you are so crap at haggling!
Ok, how about we go for the sealed bid route. Everyone that wants you pm's you a the highest bid they are willing to offer. You can put a closing date on it and after the closing date you can tell us who wins.....and maybe paste up all the bids so we can point and laugh at the people that offer weird stuff.
You have to agree to no cheating. You are NOT allowed to read the offers until the closing date. That way you can't tell some cute little poi girlie/boy that you have your eye on how high she/he has to bid to win you.

wow.. that all sounds a bit organised! the only problem with that is that i'm not sure i'm sposed to be up for sale in the first place...
i just thought it'd be fun to haggle! (and i wanna see more of your doodles) oo... err... missus... i can see problems with the advertising standards agency coming up....

Ok instead of haggling or selling you off how about we hide behind the sofa and flick grapes or chocolate buttons at gidg as she bounces by and see if she can catch them in her mouth.
*stuffs all the goodies she found in the attic back through the hatch and gets out a bowl of grapes and the cadbury's buttons*
Then I might get round to kicking my old scanner back into life and loading up a few doodles. What kind do you want...paintings, scribbly pencil doodles or inked doodles. Oh then again there are some computer doodled ones too ........somewhere ........now which file did I put them in .......hmmmmm ........... I wish I wasn't so damn forgetful!

yo... quick postcard from froggyland (not that anyone`s gonna read it).
it`s sunny, 30°, good waves, good food, lots of nipples and i`m back out to enjoy it all rather than wastin my time on the interbenet.
