i was browsing through some staff moves and realised that ppl are talking about palm spins as if its like adding 2 and 2.. well, i disagree... im having some serious trouble with it..
the most i can to is about 2 maybe 3 spins if im lucky over my head.. then it either falls or loses balance..
could anyone give me some tips.. does it also have to do with the material the grip is made of? cuz mine is like this tennis racket grip.. nice and sticky wink maybe that doesnt help..
umm.. HELP?!

I spunked in my friend's aquarium and the fish ate it. I love all fish. Especially the pink ones. They are my bitches. - Anon.

Hey thats my thread! biggrin

Anyway, the grip might make it feel different, but its all about how you are used to it.

Just practice, do it again and again until you have more control over it.

The laws are:
- Hold the staff exactly in the middle
- Make sure the staff is horizontal to the ground.

After you get it, try to do it behind the back and turn yourself on the other direction while palm spinning.
