What SINGLE feature of food is most important when deciding what to eat, in your opinion? Help me out here. My chronic indecision may starve me soon.

Ease of preparation

Speed of preparation

Tastiness

Fillingness

Amount of said food I'm trying to use up

Time left until food goes off

Or something else?

EDIT - I tried to make this a poll but because I went to preview I think I lost the ability to add one. D'oh.

tastiness, ease of preperation (if i'm in a lazy mood), what i feel like, and i'm also big on how it looks, how good it looks affects how much i enjoy it.

I'm just plain lazy. Train of thought tends to go:

* Am I hungy? Yes.

* Is there food in this house? Yes. Good.

* Is there any food in this house other than fruit? ... Yes.

* Oh look! Do I have to heat it? Yes. Set it aside and seek alterntaives.

* Oh look! Do I have to heat it? No! In fact it requires absolutely no preparation whatsoever. Simply remove from packaging and consume at will.

* Is it sickeningly fattening junkfood that I will regret eating as soon as I'm done so, but still have the urge to eat 6 more because it wasn't satisfying enough? Yes. Of bloody course.

... Odd mood.

I can't be evil; I'm wearing pink.
