hey guys! i'm new to this site but not so much to spinning. i was introduced to the poi about a year ago and have lit them a few times and done very well with the tricks i know, but of course i wanna learn a lot more. anyway, just wanted to give a shout out to everybody!

welcome to HoP, if ure looking for new tricks, this is the site for it. when i was looking for new tricks for my staff, this was the only one that had video demos!! (i couldn't understand the discriptions well enough
