some time ago whilst spinning in belfast Ado-p showed me a very cool move, i recon it was posted here somewhere but i couldnt find it in the search. its pretty complex to explain, but its not too hard. start of spinning an anti-clockwise helicopter. bend forwards and, keeping the staff horiziontal, pass the staff behind your back(left to right), keep your feet about shoulder distance apart, with the staff in your right hand, pass under your legs in (front) to your left hand (behind) on your left side, and on the right side, pass from your right hand under your legs (behind) to your left hand(infront). when you have decifered & perfected this, allow the staff to rest on your right palm behind you. turn to the right, raising the staff as you turn in a shaolin-monk-balancing-a-plate-of-water motion. when you reach verticality once more, throw the staff from your palm and catch it in your left hand. returning to the anti-clockwise helicopter.

thank you for planting the seeds of this move Ado-p.. gus and myself thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

and if anyone can create a name for this move i'd appreciate it
