hi guys

im a newbie (i guess) from london however im not so new to this site as i used to frequent the boards around 5 years ago but i cant remember my screen name and hav just got back into poi and now staff.. any teachers gratefully recieved...

been spinning around 5 years.. and a word to new spinners out there who want to progress to fire.. just do it.. i did after about 2 weeks... a few burns later and alls well..

so anyway im nadine from london and i work as a paramedic.. hav loads of burn gels so if u want any PM me lol... into loads of stuff playing guitar and bass etc is a fav..

would love to meet up in london with fellow poi and staff peeps as im a bit rusty

no i dont go to spitalfields market or clapham.. live in the west of london... but may check it out soon..
