1. contact is staffing that has it's roots in baton twirling style whereby the staff is manipulated without actively gripping it broom-handle style. This is often done with rolling actions across necks, shoulders and palms. strangely this akward definition of mine also describes palming or kissing the staff too. ok not kissing. (not before 9PM anyway) Compare with contact juggling where the ball is manipulated in a graceful fluid manner.

2. Staff videos go up and down. beg the keener Hoppers for old videos if you are in desperate need for a video. i can post a list of videos if thou wishest! there are several videos that focus on movements... off the top of my hairy head, there's about 400Mb worth of decent staffage movements/inspirational videos released over the years.
...And before you asked, No i can't post em cus i'd have to ask the creators!
your best bet is to break into my house, watch them then set fire to my socks.

3. where you can score hydrocarbons for twirling (minimum is usually 20Lt, expect to pay about $65) depends on your state. personally, i dislike the smell of d60 and am in LOVE with shellsolT

4. I have no idea how (or for that matter why) to leach hydrocarbons outta citronella... hydrocarbons are carcinogenic and volatile to mess with - there are already processed twirling fuel available for you!!!

5. i like the number 5. it's sexy.

hey mate hows it going, um go to all the staff moves and they have gifs that mnove and show u the moves there are a few there and they are pretty good
