newbie introduction. sweeet.
found this site and started at the online lessons. i've done almost 3 years in shaolin kung fu, until my teacher got hurt and it all came to an end.
i started practicing and was having trouble with basic spins. but tonight i broke through and now i'm hauling through the online lessons... and can't wait to keep sinking my teeth into new techniques.
