As required I did a Durbs and came up with nothing, so I've started a thread for all them musical HoPpers.
Ok, so lately I've been writing songs a lot. I think I can call myself a musician. I've tried learning various instruments in the past (violin, cello) but decided at 13 year old it was guitar for me. So thats nearly 11 years of self tutoring (and I'm still rather crappy) and a mismatched jigsaw of melodies, lyrics and riffs that have never really come together as I've never been In a band, or had recording equipment. And my amp is broken.
So if any people want to share their musical trials and tribulations, are stuck for lyrics, or need inspiration, come into my studio, pull up a chair and please,
don't touch the red button!

Always use "so's your face" and "only on Tuesdays" in as many conversations possible

Maybe just get better at searching.
What did you search for?
I put "HoP musicians" selected social chat only, 500 results per page and clicked Submit.

I have strange delusions of grandeur every once in a while and proclaim myself a bass player. A bit of guitar too, but bass mainly. I've done a couple of gigs around Sydney here and there, earn a little cash every once in a while, but am too much of a science nerd to look at going professional, that's for Con people
And I too am a jazzman. There ain't nothin' like a suit you slept in, acrumpled fedora and an unlit cigarette drooping from the corner of the mouth to give a bass player that real authentic look.
