Hello hello!
How's the London posse et all?
I'm doing really well. After a beautiful 2 weeks in Thailand (lot's of spinnin-I'm sure BamBam has told all) I'm back in my hometown Brisbane.
Basically, I'm planning to start-up my fire staff courses here in Brisbane and I was thinking it may be a good idea to get testimonials from the people who've done my courses in London (or wherever I may have taught you!).
So if you've got the time and inclination please post here, or directly to my e-mail: knoxdave@yahoo.com and that would be absolutely super!
Thanks heaps in advance!!

ps. Just to let you all know...the weather here is blinding BWAH HA HA!

I can vouch for the quality of your lessons.

I was struggling with staff moves for several months and when I saw the lessons at first I was apprehensive as I kinda wanted to teach myself, but Dave's lessons are great and will get you to a good level of ability. All the moves I have learnt from those lessons were a good basis for coming up with more of my own moves. Dave teaches at a brilliant pace the lessons are fun although a bit tiring . But you get out what you put in!

I reccomend them to anyone wanting to learn staff.

We all miss you here and glad to hear your doing well!

good to here alls well- the flags are great- they were finally taken on a trip to spits on tues.

okay, creative writing:

after learning to play poi of my own accord and having a good staff friend i had tried to pick on eup a few times- it didn't make sense. it was my ambition to learn some day. i was on hop and suddenly what did i see- staff lessons, starting as my term finished so i had time, pretty much walking distance from my house... it was meant to be. it made so much sense, the speed seemed to suit everyone who was in the room. dave was to become a friend out of lessons, but he'd become a teacher too. understanding our mistakes and knowing how to correct them. two hours at the end of the week, energy giving and taking, i enjoy staff now as well as poi.

hope thats the trite sort of stuff you wanted. there's enough in there that you can prob take sonething useful out.

hey- perhaps next time you can pm me without wanting me to do you a service hey?

enjoy the sun and the sea.....

What the fuck is a testimony?????

The sales pitch - Yep, u wanna do staff see this man.....

Rightio - Me, I started on poi, got OK at it and decided that it was about time to do something a bit more blokey.....Didn't learn really any staff at all (apart from a few teeny basicy things) my first step in was to do one of these course thingamies......

They rule, Dave rules, staff rules etc etc..... and if Dave didn't teach like a big girls blouse I'd thank him lots - muhahahaha.....
Just kiddin, Mr Knox has sent me on the road to staff (spinny and otherwise)

The non-sales pitch:-
Errrrm Dave, you'll alwayz be one of my close mates.....even if u fall into the "really far away mates" category too.

Saw Dan Saturday night too........blinding party
