just getting into hat manipulation and got hold of the dvd urban tumble. now on the second dvd having taken the last one back and it again fails to work. tried it on 2 computers, a dvd player and a playstation - no joy on any of them. anyone else had this happen? any suggestions?

did i leave the iron on?

Prehaps a scratch?

I've had no problem's with it.
Sounds like maybe you were unlucky, or theres a bad batch.
If you contact Dan or Anton they will sort it out superfast smile
