Ah you noticed!
Well, see, that's me on the left in white, all the blue streaks are me going crazy doing bicep wraps from BTB weaves, fountain also I think...not exactly sure. Anyway, as far as the little blue line that looks like lightning, and the white sparkles, I haven't the slighest idea. Looks like they are shooting out of my hand though huh?
Not sure what happened on this one.

Out of curiousity - could the "sparkly magic stuff" (TM) by anything like a glowing watch? The white sparkles look a bit like theres a river/sea in the bcakground. I'm intrigued
