Hello all,
Am new here, i picked up spinning poi about a month ago. Am basically perfecting moves now. I did learn to reverse weave today - was painful but learned in about 15 minutes
.
All in all i can forward 3b weave, reverse weave, equal and split time reverse and forward, butterfly, low turn, high turn, low wave and some things im not seeing here (i think they are evasive tactics learned to not get hit in the beginning lol..... )
Started practicing to music as of late and putting in about an hour a day otherwise - great excersise!!!!!
Hoping one day to burn, still need to perfect my current skills, but one day i will burn!!!!!!

I see your in portland. I grew up about 80 from there in Corvallis. Ahhhhh Salem - many days playing paintball there and JENSEN BEACH!!!! Woo woo..... ermmmm not that i shop or anything lol.....
