Hi poi peeps! I just signed up and here are some questions answered:

OK I don't like these questions. It's hard to pick favourites of anything.
I've been spinning poi for about 3 years, teaching for 2, here in Toronto, Canada. I don't do much performance, I'm not all that interested in the "doing a show" side of it. Poi spinning is personally rewarding in somewhat the same way I enjoy martial arts; I'm more technically oriented and breaking down and mastering moves is fun.
I also like teaching people anything and am thrilled when I see someone "get it".
I'm here to meet more poi people in Toronto, share what I can, and learn what I can. It would be cool to teach more beginners, but I'd really like to hook up with advanced spinners as well to help motivate and further my own practice.
